Wow, last week was busy for me! I did the following:
-Met with all my counselling clients.
-Took my first online coaching session for stock trading.
-Came up with and did a sex talk at a Steinbach youth group.
-Went to a Beaver Creek Bible Camp board meeting in Riverton.
-Went to Iron Man 2 on opening night.
-Attended a wedding for one of my premarital couples.
-Directed a play in my church Sunday morning.
-Went out to Gimli to see my Mom on Mother's day.
Jobina told me she missed me after such a busy week and I realize that for me at least that kind of pace is not sustainable - if I did it week after week I'd eventually burn out. Everyone has a different capacity for what they can handle - do you know what yours is?

I think I know what I can handle, yet I keep pushing the limits and getting ultra stressed and burnt out! Yet if I am not busy I feel useless. It is hard to find a balance.
I still wish I could have participated in your Sunday morning play! How was it? And how was the talk in Steinbach? I'm curious!
As long as I am in control of what I'm doing I can handle a lot. What stresses me are situations that are out of my control. For me, prayer is key!
The play went awesome - very fun. "Three Happy Couples" by John Cosper Jr was a big success! My speak in Steinbach was OK, but not amazing - I'd rate it about a 6 or 7 out of 10. Iron Man 2 was fantastic (definitely want to see it again)!
