Hey Mark... I might actually know someone who's looking. What are you asking?
Oops, did I forgot that part? We're asking $149,900. Thanks Lindsay!
I offer $20, a loaf of homemade bread, a handful of Skittles, and a puppy named Maxwell for your house.
If it's your first offer it technically makes it your best offer. :)
Good luck selling the house!
Jay
Jay: A puppy named Maxwell, wow you are throwing in all the stops on this one aren't you? And did you make the break or Sarah? That will make a big difference on the value of your offer . . .
If we were moving to that part of the world, we would totally go for that house! Too cute! Good luck selling it!
Jay: Oops, that should say "bread" not "break."
When did you buy this house???
Jacquie
We bought it a couple of months ago. It's the nicest home I've ever owned!
Why don't you guys move in??? Look at the beautiful yard and garage...gosh and Niverville is such a quiet bedroom community, my sister just took over the parish at the United Church and I know several people that live out there and love being out of the city.
You guys are crazy! We love you anyways!!
Jacquie and the family
ps. if the house was in Elmwood we would buy it in an instant!
Sarah would bake the bread; only the best for my buddy Mark!
Jay
Niverville is nice, we live just a couple miles outta town. Not too far from the city, but not too close either!
You should have no problems selling your house.
later
